Abu Hurairah RadiAllahu`anhu narrates that Rasulullaah ﷺ
SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said:
“Whoever has hijama done on the 17th,
19th or 21st of the month, it will be for him a cure
from every illness”
(Sahih Al-Jaami’ 5968)
The month referred to in the hadith is the lunar month or Hijri Date, These days are known as the Sunnah days for cupping or hijama. In accordance to the blessed and prophetic lifestyle of Rasulullaah ﷺ SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam.
Toxins collect on the Sunnah days for Hijama Cupping
It has been scientifically proven that toxins and impurities that are flowing in the blood, collect and stagnate on these 3 Sunnah days of the lunar or Hijri calendar.
We have converted the Sunnah cupping days of 17th, 19th and 21st of the next Lunar Month into the Solar Month.
Sunnah days for Hijama Cupping and the Moon
Just as the moon as an effect on the tides of the sea so too it has an effect on the flow of our blood. During the Sunnah days for hijama the impurities and toxins in the blood collect and are able to be extracted easily with wet cupping.
It is best to get cupping done on an empty stomach and in the morning before 10 am.
